Data Deletion

Information about deleting app data and accounts.

Local Data

Many app data items are stored only on the device. You can delete this data in the app or remove it by deleting the app from the device.

Account or Cloud Data

If an app offers sign-in, sync or cloud backup, you can request deletion by email at apps@bitbeans.de. Please name the affected app and the email address or sign-in method you use in the app.

Store Purchases

Purchases are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Store receipts and payment data are processed by Apple or Google according to their own rules.

Processing

We review your request and delete the data unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate security reasons prevent deletion.
